According to the book Becoming Beyoncé: The Untold Story by J. Randy Taraborrelii (yes, I read it and am a huge fan), Beyoncé is a pretty shy and reserved person. So to command some of the largest audiences in the world, she has to channel her inner powerful woman– Shash Fierce.
Meet the couple:
Ashley and Jon are nothing less than fierce! They met in college at LSU in 2012, and quickly became best friends with secret crushes. In 2018, Ashley visited Jon in Colorado, as a friend, but Jon couldn’t take it anymore. While hiking Hanging Lake together, Jon grabbed Ashley and kissed her!! The reaction? Ashley was so surprised that she immediately punched him! It took her about a month to see the situation clearly and realize that she had been in love with him for the past six years! She moved to Colorado to be with Jon, and the rest is history. Bold moves really do pay off.
They got engaged at Piney River Ranch in Vail, with both of their families running out to them after she said yes. With its beautiful mountain views, gorgeous water access, and memories of their love story and engagement, Piney River Ranch became the perfect location for their engagement shoot!
