Mountains and Lakes and Cool People, Oh My!
When people think of Colorado, they think of the glorious rocky mountains, luscious lakes scattered throughout, and some of the coolest people on the planet! Okay, this may be what I think of when I think of Colorado, but this engagement session proves it all to be true!
Meet the couple:
Tori and Luke have been inseparable from their first date. They are the definition of “when you know, you know.” I had such a fun time at Brainard Lake with them! When it started raining, these two didn’t run for their car. Instead, we embraced the rain. Luke and Tori kicked off their shoes and got in the water for some of my favorite photos.
Luke proposed to Tori in December on top of Lookout Mountain while they were visiting family in Colorado for the holidays. To say Tori was completely surprised would be an understatement! The main reason she was surprised was that Luke himself just decided to make it happen. Luke decided he wanted to propose and immediately went to work with the help of his brothers to quickly secure the perfect ring from Daniel Diamonds and perfect proposal location. It was such a beautiful family mission! The two now live in Denver and are planning their dream wedding in Idaho Springs for 9/25/2021. Their love story is a reminder to take the leap, and these images show that it will be 100% worth it!
