Meet Beth & Bryan

Have you seen the chick-flick where the maid of honor falls in love with one of the groomsmen? That storyline isn’t just a chick-flick, it’s the beginning of Beth and Bryan’s love story!

In 2018, Beth was the maid-of-honor of at a good friend’s wedding in Nebraska and Bryan was a groomsman. After a weekend of wedding bliss, the groom handed Beth two phone numbers and said, “Well, two of my groomsmen want to move to Oregon for you.” Luckily for Bryan, he was the only groomsman she was interested in.

After five months of constant texting, Beth took the risk of flying to Denver, where Bryan was living, for their first date. Bryan was sweet, attentive, and visibly nervous, so he didn’t lose toooo many brownie points when he took her to Top Golf immediately after picking her up from the airport. (Insert eye-roll from Beth). They spent their second weekend together talking until the sun came up and truly getting to know each other.

“Something was different with him from the very start. He felt comfortable, like home.”

True love is worth moving for, and after 4 more months of long-distance, Beth moved to Colorado to give their relationship a real shot. In October of 2019, they moved in together in Longmont, and Bryan popped the question that Christmas Eve in front of their cozy Christmas tree with a one of a kind engagement ring that had Beth’s mother’s wedding ring diamond as the center stone.

Although we had never met before their engagement session, spending time with Beth and Bryan felt like spending time with old friends. They are fun, madly in love, and have the kindest rescue dog I’ve ever met! Yes, their pup, Sadie, is the real star of these photos. I’m so excited to spend more time with Beth and Bryan, and photograph their wedding this September.
