Ann & Jake
Ann and Jake’s Chapel on the Rock wedding was the definition of a heartfelt destination celebration—filled with love, gratitude, and stunning mountain views. This Southern couple traveled from Texas to the Colorado Rockies to say “I do” surrounded by their closest friends and family.
The ceremony took place at the iconic Chapel on the Rock, a historic stone church nestled just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. With snow-capped peaks as the backdrop and sunlight streaming through the church’s windows, the scene felt straight out of a storybook. The chapel was filled to the brim with warmth—not just from the Colorado sunshine, but from the love and emotion shared by everyone present. Live music created an ambiance that was reverent, romantic, and deeply moving. Their Chapel on the Rock wedding honored tradition while still feeling incredibly personal.
After the ceremony, the celebration continued at one of my all-time favorite venues—Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park. The reception was filled with laughter, vibrant spring florals, and meaningful moments.
The intentional details in this wedding were overflowing from heartfelt toasts that brought tears to nearly every guest, to a mountain sunset that bathed the venue in golden light, the entire evening felt magical. The private last dance and grand exit were also favorites, perfectly wrapping up a amazing celebration full of love, joy, and excitement. Hugs all around!
Their joy was radiant from beginning to end, and their thankfulness to be celebrating with so many loved ones was evident in every embrace, every toast, and every tear.
Ann and Jake carved out time for a private last dance, swaying together in the quiet just before their grand exit. With streamers flying and cheers ringing out, they stepped into married life surrounded by love and celebration. Even after the official sendoff, guests lingered—hugging, clinking glasses, and soaking in the joy of such an unforgettable day.
