After submitting an inquiry, Hillary will schedule a call to connect. We'll get to know one another, answer questions and ensure we're a great fit together. Once your date is confirmed, a signed contract and retainer secure your place on our calendar. We're officially yours, and we're honored to be part of your story. 

Planning

Once booked, you'll receive a detailed Wedding & Engagement Guide. Hillary is a master timeline builder and natural over-communicator who works seamlessly with your planner to ensure every meaningful moment is anticipated and captured. 

Your Wedding Day

Celebrate fully—knowing every detail is in place. Our team will be present and unobtrusive, capturing genuine moments, curated details, and the emotions that unfold naturally throughout the day. Laugh during your vows, cry during toasts, dance under the stars—this is your moment.

Gallery Delivery

Within 72 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of images to relive the magic. Six weeks after the wedding, we’ll schedule your Photo Reveal Session to design your heirloom album and explore framing options. You’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery with high-resolution images, printing rights, and access to order prints and gifts with ease.
